Ann Coulter- The Controversy

Ann Coulter is an American conservative and social commentator, author, and syndicated columnist. She some how scammed the people into thinking she was right; lets find out how. Her staff cancelled her speech because they thought it might turn violent, which honestly it might have.
Ann has the right to say whatever she pleases (in her opinion) this is what free speech is all about is she right? She said that the U.S. should take over the muslim countries in which terrotists come from and turn them all to christianity, she also stated that the canadians are lucky that the U.S. is willing to share a continent with them. Which those both are threats of violence, she is taking freedom of speech way to far. So she is causing a controversy because she is being completely stupid and taking things way to far. The Canandian freedom of speech law states that the free communication of ideas and opinions is one of the most precious rights of man, and that every citizen may, accordingly, speak, write and print with freedom, but have deal with their consequences. She is taking it way to far and she needs to learn what the freedom of speech actually is and its limitations because shes hurting a whole bunch of people without even knowing or caring about it.
In my opinion she really needs to learn the rights and freedoms of speech because she obviously doesn't know them and is blowing it way out of proportion. Also there is the fact that she was told when she came to Canada that she wasn't allowed to say things like that so thats another controversy that the Canadian government should asses because otherwise shes going to keep doing it and thats just wrong. She is a complete idiot, and needs to get her priorities straight. In my opinion the country should take a stand and make her apologize publicly.

Scary Places

It was a dark and gloomy night, everyone was at my house and we were bored out of our minds. As we wondered the streets, we decided to go in the old abandoned house on the corner. As we entered the house we heard noises that were not suppose to be there because the house was abandoned. After being totally freaked out we turned and ran out of the house, down the street, and back to my house. We swore never to go there again!

When your in highschool there are alot of challenges, things like drama, people thinking mean and/or good things about you and you not even knowing about it. But what people dont know is that I can read their minds and what people think is not always a good thing because it can be very cruel and very mean. What they think can also be really nice and extremely sweet and sensitive. Usually you judge someone by what they look like or how their personality is, but I judge people by what they think of me and my friends, because I know what they think. I know before anyone else whether or not this person likes me. I even know whether or not they like my friends what kind of mean things they are thinking. No one knows that I can read their minds and I dont really know if I should tell anyone or not because some of the things they think are very insulting, especially some things that men think of women. The insulting ones are things like guys thinking they can use a woman as a peice of meat and thats not right. But theres also the things that women think about men, like a guy is good looking because hes muscular or maybe its because he has a certain hairstyle or what kind of clique hes in, whether their popular or not, its like no one wants to get to know the person before they move further into a relationship. Being able to read minds has its advantages and disadvantages. The advantages are that I get to know something before anyone else, even when no one wants me to I still can. The disadvantages are that I get to hear all those mean things that people think and dont want other people to know. I know that some secrets should go untold but sometimes its hard to control the mind reading. I mean every power has its flaws,it just cant really control mine. When you read minds and find out that maybe one of your friends doesnt like you or that maybe they think your a jerk or something it is very hard to confront them about that. I mean think about it, imagine saying "Oh so why dont you like me?" and them asking how you found out about it because they havent told anyone, you dont really want to let them know that you can read their mind. Different things might happen if I tell people That i can read minds, things like people hating me or screening what they think so I cant read their minds. Somtimes its extremely hard keeping a secret like this. So having the ability to read minds is challenging and hard to deal with sometimes, but its fun and it can be good because then maybe you can find something you want to know about a person.
